He presented workable options without pressure--- as we both wanted me to drive out with my new Kia Soul today. I had shopped all of Monmouth County for a crossover vehicle in our price range. As a woman shopping for a car and being told "how much room there is for my shopping," i had pretty much given up being able to talk to a sales person as a human being who loves driving! When my husband and I got to Sansone Jr's we were met by Jamil who immediately understood we were still in the comparison process. He skipped all the annoying stuff and got straight to letting us test drive the car we were interested in, a Kia Sol. While we didn't end up getting that car, we had such a pleasant experience with more driving and looking at cars and less sitting at desks with high pressure paperwork, that we ended up going back and leasing a Sportage. Jamil got us a great price and worked with us to meet our financial needs so we could have a car that was safe for our family.

Excellence. Mark is the reason I leased with Kia. I was considering purchasing a Ford as the dealership is less than a mile from my home. Although I had briefly sold cars years ago, I was unsure about my first lease. Monday I walked to the Ford dealership and test drove the Escape, more body roll than the Kia Sportage, and driver's seat not as comfortable. The salesman was polite but not supportive. Tuesday my friend Maria and I test drove the 2017 Kia Sportage SX. Mark listened and answered our questions intelligently. Mark explained the lease process in detail, addressed my end of lease concerns in a very supportive manner. That he and management have assisted others with their end of lease concerns and will assist should I have any concerns. This was in stark contrast to Monday's salesman when he said others have asked for assistance with their end of lease concerns - their contract he can't help. Mark and Galvin's help with my trade-in made sure that my questions were answered and every detail confirmed. Pleasant lease experience with stellar service.

Long story short, Sansone Kia 66 is nothing short of amazing. Purchased a 2016 Kia Sportage, upgraded to a 2017 Kia Sportage since both models are truly like night and day. On the 2017 Sportage, the engine was deemed a manufacture defect after 400 miles. Mr. Sansone, Mike Pugliese, Andy Garcia, PS3 and my salesman Mark Vernaglia (The Pie Guy) fought with Kia tooth and nail to get me into a new vehicle (since Kia was very adamant on their 10 year/100,000 mile warranty)... And, they did! An upgraded 2017 Sportage EX for the inconvenience. These guys know customer service and value their customers. No other dealership would fight as hard as they did. It would be a typical case of Its fixed, now take it back. Their effortless communication with Kia was thoroughly documented and they kept me in the loop as to what was going on. It was a battle that lasted about 2 months-- but with the above crew at Sansone 66 Kia behind me, I won. Mark was there for me via txt and phone call the entire way. And, he even traveled to Brooklyn, NY to pick up my new vehicle AND stayed late on a Friday night to re-write my lease. Phenomenal service with a compassionate crew of guys working there! They dont make crews like this in the car business anymore. A true rare gem in the auto business. The entire crew from Ownership, Finance, Service and Sales worked together to get me into a new vehicle with the manufacturer. These guys are the real Dream Team of Dealerships.

Today was my first experience getting a car on my own. I had a pleasurable experience from Anthony F and Paul. They were very down to earth and made the experience one of a kind. I was a little nervous and unsure of the car process. Anthony stood by my side and kept the process a little less stressful. This was a two thumbs up experience.
