my second 2012 ls . this one is a ls 460 l awd
same as lastyear's review . whata dealer strives to be . happy to do business , happy for your business , loves the lexus cars they sell , tells the customers 100 % truths , the general sales manager : michael cohen cannot be rattled , like some mercedes dealers i've dealt with . michael will even go for a drive in the car with you . the owners, peter brown and tom norton manage the dealership from arms length , and let the sales , take over , service and parts managers do their job according to the lexus creed . ( the customer is first )
