trying to decide on purchasing an impreza or a crosstrek

onJoseph our sales rep showed my wife and I around and asked us what we were looking for. We talked for a little while and then Joseph showed us the different options that we're available to us. We weren't sure if we really wanted an impreza or a crosstrek, so Joseph told us that could test drive both and then get a better idea of what we really wanted. We did the test drives and decided that the crosstrek was the best choice for us. We initially weren't planning to buy the car that day unless the dealership could offer us a good deal. After telling Joseph that his initial offer was too high, we agreed on a number that was closer to the amount that we thought was fair, with the options that we wanted installed. Joseph told us that he didn't have the car on the lot, but that he'd arrange to get the car from another dealer within a few days. We put down a deposit and waited. 6 days later we picked up the car. All in all, it wasn't the car buying process that I'd been expecting.....it was much better. The negotiating and financing process were relatively quick. Joseph was always on top of everything, and called to keep us informed and where things were in process. After going through the car buying process before, I have to say that this was much different, less time consuming and less stressful. If you're looking for a subaru and you're near Morristown, I'd recommend checking them out and asking for Joseph.
