I still cant believe I have my first car!!! ...and its so Flyy!! What makes this experience 10xs better is the help and knowledge that was provided to me, making this purchase a non regrettable one!! I didnt feel pressed or forced into anything at this dealership. Everyone was so warm and inviting...from my sincere sales rep Bob, to the humorous Gregg, all the way to the full wonderful engagement of Justin!! They all took care of me...moving and running numbers to get me going!! Thank you Fellas!!!

I went into the dealership with an internet quote in hand and Michael beat it before I even showed it to him for my CX-5 (which I love). He was personable, efficient, and made the buying process smooth and efficient. He talked fairly about other vehicles I was considering from Mazda and others. We thoroughly discussed financing options. He even bought me a custom license plate frame for when I came to pick up my plates. Its a small dealership so pleasant and not chaotic. There was a small glitch in the paperwork (finance managers first day - it happens) and they gave me two free oil changes in consideration of my coming in a second time to sign a document. Very nice gesture. Easiest car buying experience ever - Ive had bmws and audis And these guys treated me better.

Marty was truly incredible throughout the entire sales process and provided first class customer service. He was patient and answered all my questions even after I signed the lease. I highly recommend anyone looking to lease or buying used car to reach out to him. Mike wadhwa was also excellent. He took his time in providing a knowledgable tour of the car.

Please be very careful when dealing with these guys. They are really smart and know how to trick you. Make sure to check for all hidden cost before agreeing to any deal, as they won't disclose it until the very last minute when the Finance guy sits with you to discuss the actual final numbers. The way they work is like any other dealership, the deal is divided into 2 stages - Stage 1: a sales representative will negotiate the deal with you and make you believe that he is giving you a very good discount and you won't get a better deal anywhere in the market. Once you agree to the deal, they will start doing the paperwork and towards the end will introduce you to a Financing representative. Stage 2: the Financing representative will show you a completely different number with multiple fees and charges added that were not disclosed to you before, which ultimately takes the sale price to the price at which they actually want to sell the car. At that point you will be left with no option but to agree to whatever ridiculous charges they add to your agreed number. But i will suggest that don't let them to make a fool of yourself and walk out of the deal right away. This was an eye-opener for me and want you guys to be mentally prepared for surprises.

We just picked up a brand new CX-3 Touring from Open Road Mazda in Morristown, NJ. Throughout the process I received the complete information about the model and choices. Nobody tried to rush me or convince me on something that I don't need. This is a small showroom where they spend the time with you in a relaxed atmosphere. In a couple of hours we drove home with our new red beauty and again I spent my money with pleasure. Great management - Justin and superior sales people - Michael!

My fiance' and I were looking at several different makes and dealerships for a car. There were a few outside of Mazda that she had really liked. The only issue was that none of these other dealerships made her feel comfortable with what was happening in the process. Sue at Open Road Mazda really took it upon herself to provide my fiance, and myself, with the comfort of knowing exactly what was happening. On top of that, the dealership was very clean and intimidating to a us as we chose our first car together. Needless to say, though, Sue is the reason we went with Mazda. ---She even wished me a happy birthday! What other dealership goes that far?

Just purchased a Mazda 6 last Friday, the sales rep, Mehek, was very knowledgeable, attentive and made the process go very smoothly. The finance department did an eqully outstanding job, detailing and explaining all the paperwork. All in all a good experience.

This place is awesome, from the moment you walk into this Mazda dealer, you feel welcomed. Service was fast. Mr. Elsayed did an amazing job, he said he'd take care of me and he did. Everyone here does a great job, their customer service skills are great, the way that they go about treating you throughout the process is what customer service is all about. The last few steps of purchase are also great, Jonathan is a fantastic person, the paperwork is as smooth as their customer service skills. I walked out of Open Road Mazda of Morristown a happy customer. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase and the customer service that these people deliver, both Amr & Jonathan specially. If you ever find yourself in the market for a vehicle, I recommend that you check them out. They have a nice selection of vehicles, their lot will have what you are looking for and in the case that they don't, I recommend asking for some help, you will experience great customer service.

These guys literally bent over, to make sure I was delivered a problem-free second hand vehicle. They checked everything, and even wrote down some things I should be aware of. Other dealerships DO NOT do this! Kudos to Open Road Mazda!

I went in for one car and left with two, THAT is how good Open Road Mazda of Morristown is. I LOVE my new car and the experience that came with it, all thanks to Mahek and Justin! From the first handshake to the last hug, Mahek and Justin were absolute pleasures to work with. I was looking to do a trade in, and after a horrible experience at the Flemington Mazda, I had little to no faith for Mazda. I am blessed to have walked into that dealership and had the opportunity to work with Mahek; his knowledge of cars and persona made the first portion of the process a pleasure. When it came time to talk numbers, Justin went above and beyond to get us to our price range. The time I spent in Open Road felt more like I was at a friend's home and not at a dealership. While everyone at the dealership is professional, the overall tone was welcoming and laid back. I am actually looking forward to getting my car serviced to see everyone again and did I mention that I absolutely LOVE my car and the 40 miles to the gallon gas situation?! Words can not begin to describe the amazing experience I had on 5/9/15. I had the pleasure of working with Mahek who carried himself with the utmost respect and professionalism and is one of the sole reasons that I am sitting in a brand new 2016 CX5. His friendly demeanor really helped keep my at ease, and not once, did I feel at all nervous. His knowledge on all of the cars was unparalleled. He also wanted to know my story, more about myself, which was very important to me. I was not just a number in his eyes, I was a friend. When it came time to purchase, Justine stepped into the picture as well as Michael, and I now know why the entire open road mazda of morristown takes it to the next level vs all of the other dealerships I have visited, namely Nyack and Flemington. Management is top notch and their sole objective was to make sure I was happy, that I had no questions left unanswered, and if there was anything I needed, they made sure to make it happen. Between Mahek, Justine, and Michael...I was smiling throughout the entire process, felt relaxed, and practically forgot that I was sitting inside a dealership. It felt like a home. If there was one thing that I was disappointed in.......was that I did not visit open road mazda in morristown first!!! For any of you interested in a Mazda, please visit this dealership. I can assure you that Mahek, Justine, and Michael will treat you like royalty.

I generally hate car shopping. This time was different. Nicole Kielbasa was very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding. I bought my new 2015 Masza 6 for a great price and financed it right there at the dealership at a very competitive rate. Nicole knows everything there is to know about Mazdas and was able to explain how to use all of the cool new options in a way that was easy to learn. This place is awesome. I visited 2 other dealers and was quite disappointed. Then I contacted this dealers after going through the reviews and trust me, I was more then satisfied. The whole team is awesome, CM Justin is very nice guy. He is down to earth and determined to give awesome sales experience. Nicole, SA was efficient and gave all time for me to go through all the features. SM Michael was also very helpful. These people including above mentioned, finance team and Philip stayed after office hours just to get me through all the financing hurdles and hand me Car same day.

We've had Honda cars in the past years and for the first time, we wanted to give Mazda a try. We are happy we did that! We came to Open Road Auto group and Martin Mirkovic, the Sales Consultant, was very helpful and courteous in explaining the different options. We also had a test drive of the Mazda 6 and the smooth drive and safety features convinced me about changing to Mazda. Important to mention that the General Manager, Justin Patel, made a great difference by taking the time to discuss the price situation and to convince me that Mazda was the best option. I am sure I will enjoy the driving experience in the Mazda 6 and look forward to continue working with Open Road Morristown in the future.
