I did an initial email to the dealership and the Customer Care Rep Oliver S was very attentive to my needs and responded to all of my later inquiries in a timely manner. All questions were quickly answered and he was very courteous and professional. No hard pressure sales tactic and very responsive. The Audi brand specialist (salesperson) Lauren was also pleasant and explained all of the car features patiently and fielded questions competently. The SUV was prepared before our test drive and it matched the online Edmunds listing exactly. We did not end up buying the Q5 since we found the car seats to be harder than expected and the stiff sports car ride did not suite as wife's taste but the staff at this location is very competent and professional and I would recommend friends to purchase an Audi at this dealership if they were looking for one. The only thing I did not like at this dealership location was the lack of customer parking spots but other than that minor item I would rate this location as a great spot to test and purchase an Audi vehicle.
