BAD EXPERIENCE

Toyota universe were only nice in the beginning when they were selling us the car. We purchased a 2010 Jeep Wrangler which we thought was in perfect condition as it was priced at $13,000 + taxes and fees which came out to $18,000 when we test drive the car we saw the airbag sensor light on but the salesman said they will take a look at it. First of all they gave us the car that night even without an approval from their loan but we also have our own loan from our credit union. We had the car for almost 5 days waiting for their banks approval .. long story short they never reviewed the warranty with us until about 2 weeks after when we returned to the dealer to settle everything as well as get the car fixed for the sensor damage and the hand brake damage which we found out a few days while using the car. They had our car for 2 weeks without any loaner . Supposedly they fixed the car when we came home the check engine light came on and they said it's normal for a Jeep but of course we were worried. We haven't even paid our first payment yet and we were back and forth in this dealership which is 1 hour away from us about 5 times already. We are so sure that the car that we got is a "lemon" car and they haven't contacted us regarding how to get this fix. They are saying that we will be paying about $2,000 to get the oil leak damage that we found out a few days ago. This is unbelievable . I have never experienced such thing in any dealer ship that I've dealt. I regret purchasing my car here. BAD EXPERIENCE.

I feel your pain been dealing with issues on tires for a year now!!
