my past experience of buying a car has always been a nightmare. however my last experience was at Hond Universe and it was actually pleasant. John M was my salesman he answered all of my questions and there was no pressure. i am still undecided in which cra i want to buy but not the salesman or the dealer. i will be gonh back to Honda Universw and weill recommend them highly.
