Debbie is Amazing!! The staff is not only respectful, professional and attentive,but there are no hidden cost like other dealerships. At Tom's you don't get added charges when you are signing the paperwork at the end; so many other dealerships will open up with appears to be a lower price until you get to the paperwork with fees not disclosed up front. Toms price is the price , no hidden fees. And Ken is a fantastic salesman, he takes the time to understand your needs and likes and gets you the right vehicle for you. I won't buy from anyone else not even visit another dealership. It's my one and only stop for a vehicle.

Our family and extended family has leased or purchased over 50 cars from Tom’s Ford. While we certainly appreciate the super experience from start to finish with the dealership and everyone there, it is Gerry Donoghue who keeps us coming back. Gerry is Tom’s Ford to us. Always helpful and honest and makes the buying experience easy. Over the years we have been grateful for his help, like buying a car from an old friend. Just awesome!

This was my first experience at Toms Ford in Keyport, N.J. My Sales Rep was Gerry and it was an extremely good experience. Gerry was extremely helpful in answering any questions I had regarding the vehicle I was looking for, which was the 2023 Ford Mustang Eco Boost Convertible. I had numerous questions and concerns regarding which package would be best for my needs, and it ended up being the 201A package. More importantly, being the very short allotted purchasing window by the Ford company, for the final edition 2023 S550, he was very expeditious in getting answers to my questions and returning my calls/Emails. On Pick-up day last Friday, 1/20/2023, I had the pleasure of meeting him, and he is very personable and an extremely nice guy. The car was front and center outside of the showroom door and looked great! He went over everything I possibly could have needed to know at that point and answered any remaining questions that I had, then I went to tie up the financials with Armaan, who also was very nice! I am not usually one that likes to deal with sales reps, but the experience I had at Toms Ford with Gerry was a relief to me. I couldn’t be any happier and I love my car!!! Thanks again to Gerry and the staff at Toms Ford.

I had been searching online for a 2019 or 2020 F150 and thought I had found my vehicle at a different dealership. I wanted to do my due diligence, I had seen a tuck online that checked all the boxes, so my wife and I decided to take a ride to Tom's Ford. It's about an hour from where we live. When we pointmentwalked into the dealership, the receptionist greeted us with a smile and offered us a beverage. We didn't have an appointment, but in just a few minutes she connected us with John Luberto. We told John which vehicle we had seen online. He brought it out front, spent a few minutes with us going over the truck, but a plate on it and sent us on our test drive. The truck was in pristine condition. Carfax showed that it was sold and serviced at Tom's Ford at regular intervals. when we returned, we discussed pricing and fees, and .99% financing on certified preowned. John gave us all the info up front. My wife and I said we'd think about it, but I think we had already made up our minds. John was not only my salesperson, but he also handled the financing, so I was relieved of the uncomfortable experience of having to sit with a hard selling finance manager. John gave us all our option and gave my wife and I a few minutes in private to discuss. Never a hard sell. It has truly been a pleasure working with John Luberto and Tom's Ford.
