Misled about quote and availability

Received written quote. Confirmed at 4p by phone and asked to come in to complete. Arrived at 5p and none of the 3 people who had confirmed quote were available. TUrns out they did not have the car. No car, no paperwork, no person who had made the commitment. Sneaky and disappointing.
