Route 22 Honda

On Sat. 3/15/2014 went in to purchase a new 2014 Odyssey. We knew what vehicle and already knew we would qualify with a 799 credit score. The process however, took no lie, 7 hours! Once we closed on the deal, the sales team of Aaron S. and Steve S. were no where t be found to see what was taking the process so long. Finally, Ben S. (Finance Dept.) took care of us with the final paperwork. At this point the dealer was closing. once the vehicle was "prep" for delivery, we jumped in and went to get something to eat and drove back home to New York City. We decided to go to Route 22 Honda, because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, we were not so fortunate. We had to drive the car back on Sat. 3/22/2014 because the vehicle was not clean, it had very obvious grease stains throughout the interior. An added 2 hour for the cleaning. The worst part is that no one had the audacity to apologize for the inconvenience caused and bad experience throughout. If you decide to go, I do wish you the best of luck.
