I have purchased several cars and trucks from this dealer. I do extensive research on autos and dealers online and I have to say that Hawthorne is by far the best dealer in the region. I always have complete satisfaction on all of my service issues. They do good work, have competitive prices and fix the problems on the first attempt. I have had one major issue with a truck that was near 36K warrantee and they handled the replacement parts without any hassles. They also have many promos for service which makes routine maintenance very cost effective. Highly recommend this dealer
