Professional and Fair -- Our Dealership of Choice

My girlfriend and I have purchased two cars now from Honda of Hackettstown, and we love them both. No issues with the vehicles, and a great experience at the dealership both times. Khalil and Kaisun were extremely professional, courteous, and fair. I am confident that I am going to receive a quality product and quality service when I go to Honda of Hackettstown. I will be back--and I will ask for Khalil!

Our Salesman Don Chopoorian was very helpful and very courteous when he helped my son choose a car that suited our needs. He did not pressure us into purchasing anything was very knowledgeable about all the used vehicles. I think my son drove almost every used car in his category. I would highly recommend this dealership they made buying a used car a very stressless experience especially with warranties.

Not happy with service AFTER purchase

My husband and I purchased a certified used Honda Odyssey three and a half weeks ago. Carfax had stated that Honda replaced the windshield in July, we purchased said vehicle end of August. Three weeks to the day of purchase the windshield started cracking. My husband brought it back to the dealer and was given such a hard time about how it was caused, told we had to bring it back and have it inspected by a glass specialist, who said he felt a divet and dig into it with the tip of his pen so this little divet was now increased. Told they would not replace it and we had to pay out of pocket (our insurance deductible) to have it replaced. We have not even made our first car payment!! To have been treated like this after owning the car for three weeks, WE WILL NEVER GO BACK NOR WOULD WE RECOMMEND this Honda location.

They were amazing. It was the first car I bought and that made it feel a lot better then I was expecting and made the time go by fast. They weren’t pushy and were honest and genuine! Kai’Sun and Terri helped me and they were just the best!

I cannot thank Honda of Hackettstown enough! Mo was an awesome sales agent. No pushy sales tactics! He spoke to me like a person, like he cared. No plastic personality...I felt heard. He truly just wanted to be helpful. I said I wanted a quality used car and I drove home that day in exactly what I wanted. The owner was a great guy. I explained my financial situation and he tailored my sales experience so I could have a great car and stay within my budget. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and work associates.

I purchased my second Honda from Hackettstown, my husbands about a year ago and now mine. !! I also have used them for years, for service. (Always been a honda owner) I highly recommend them. They were very helpful and pleasant to work with. My sales person was Terri who was wonderful. Always answered my questions and helped me figure out all the fancy things on the dash, radio, ipod etc. I stopped in once or twice on her day off and the other sales people were also very helpful and friendly. I hate a pushy sales person as I think most of us do and they used just the right amount of "sales" at me. I am very happy with my trade transaction and my purchase. Great place to go for your new vehicle. Honda of Hackettstown also is the best for pre -owned stock, I was looking for a pre-owned turned in off a lease and most other places had very little selection. Here they had a great amount to choose from. I also have to give a huge kudos to their detail shop. My car inside and out looked like it was brand new! Thanks for that. Great dealer, and I highly recommend.

FREE CARWASHES :slightly_smiling_face: This place is big. Arthur didn't pressure me. He let me drive like 5 cars. Thought I would get a preowned car but ended up with a new Accord. Saturdays here are little too busy for me.

This was hands down the fastest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had! I will definitely be returning to Honda of Hackettstown. Terri was so friendly and knowledgeable, we are confident that we got the best deal we could have. And Raul in finance was just as great. We love our new Odyssey and I will be recommending Honda of Hackettstown to all of my family and friends.

Our recent purchase of a Honda Civic was actually painless, could have been a little quicker. (had to kill a couple of trees). That being said it was a good experience. Our salesperson Terri was courteous and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, and got us a good deal! we love the car.

Overall we had a great experience at Honda of Hackettstown. Our salesman Rob Nylund was very friendly and professional. He did everything he could to help us get to the price that we were comfortable with. Rob was not pushy at all and never pressured us into anything. I definitely recommend Honda of Hackettstown and specifically Rob.

Replacing my car I thought was going to be a very stressful experience but I was pleasantly surprised after going to Honda of Hackettstown and meeting Rob Nylund. My sister recommended him after buying their vehicle and I decided to give him a try. He was friendly, professional and very easy to work with. He worked within my situation without any pressure. I would highly recommend him and the dealership... as a matter of fact I already have.

My family and I had a great experience shopping for a used Honda from Honda of Hackettstown. We knew we were in the market for a gently used Honda Civic and when we arrived, Rob Nylund was happy to assist us. We had chosen to drive over an hour to this location because of their inventory and it did not disappoint. Rob allowed us to take our time, evaluating a number of cars based upon cosmetic appearance before test driving the ones we were interested in. Despite being there late on a Friday, Rob never seemed to rush us to make a decision. He understood our attention to detail and our need to get the best purchase for our family. We have always been a Honda family - but now we're happy to say that we have become a Honda of Hackettstown family!

My wife and I recently bought an HRV from here. We had bought a car a coupke of months ago. Unfortunately, it was totalled in an accident. We had been very pleased with our salesman for the first car, Rob Nylund, so we returned to him for this sale. We really appreciated working with Rob again because of his friendliness, professionalism, and knowledge. We would recommend asking for him if you come to look at cars here.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Honda of Hackettstown of NJ . The sales agent who assisted me was Rob Nylund. I cannot say enough about Mr. Nylund, he is a man of honor and integrity. He did everything he could to assist in the purchase of the vehicle to make sure all expectations were met. Mr. Nylund went above & beyond locating a specific vehicle, what I was looking for delivering staying after hours, to trained all the Technologies . It was pain less transaction . Mr. Nylund never pressured me for anything He is a very polite and Professional person. After purchasing the car he followed up with me about my satisfaction . I will recommend if you buy Honda in NJ , meet with Mr. Nylund

I spoke to someone in the internet sales department, Mike, on the phone after picking out what I thought would be a great car here on Edmunds. We spoke about how the process works and he explained everything to me including my costs. After driving 2.5 hours to get there, Mike greeted me and introduced me to Roy, my sales person. I worked with Roy and everything was exactly as Mike had explained over the phone. I was very happy with how easy the entire process was and found the entire process to be the easiest I have ever experienced. Thank you for making it so easy!
