We cant say enough about how great a salesman Eddie is. We were not an easy sell. However, Eddie was always professional, knowledgeable, patient, and honest. Eddie did his best to ensure that we were happy with the purchase of our 2018 NX300 Hybrid including pricing and the trade in value of our 2010 RX450 hybrid . We felt as if we were dealing with a friend who was concerned about our interests as well as selling a car!

Eddie Adjmi is a great salesman. He made my leasing experience truly enjoyable. I expected to have a standard car purchasing nightmare with lies, deception, and waste of my time. Naturally, I was very skeptical throughout the negotiation process and was ready for a variety of unpleasantries all the way until the very end. Eddie kept all of his promises, kept me updated with all the changes and made the entire process extraordinarily transparent and streamlined. I am a happy customer and highly recommend dealing with Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold and Eddie Adjmi in particular.

My wife and I recently leased a 2017 RX350 at Ray Catena Lexus, Freehold. Eddie Adjmi and Frank Conticello were more than fair with my Lexus trade-in and completely transparent while negotiating the price of my new lease. Both before and after the transaction was complete, any questions we had were answered quickly and accurately. We drove about an hour to go down to them because a good dealer is hard to find. I would definitely recommend anyone in the NJ area to try out Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold.

I recently purchased a GS F Sport at Ray Catena Lexus in Freehold. This was hands down the BEST car buying experience thanks to salesman Eddie Adjimi! He went above and beyond to get this deal done and made sure every bit of his attention was given to us. He helped us on his day off and even drove to our house to pick us up the day we picked up our purchase! I do not know anyone that would do that! Eddie along with Paul Vallejo made the process easy and were both very professional and attentive! Recently leased a 2017 RX350 AWD at Ray Catena Lexus, Freehold. The entire process was transparent and Eddie Adjmi and Anthony (sales reps) were honest without being pushy at all. After the price of the vehicle had been negotiated, I spent only about 2 hours to complete the paperwork at the dealership. All questions on the phone or via email were promptly answered with no hidden costs/figures; overall an extremely welcoming dealership with sales reps who try to get you the best prices without being pushy. Highly recommended!

I have been buying Lexus vehicles from Bernard Tremblay of Ray Catena Lexus for more than 20 years. Bernard is fantastic, and understands and addresses all of your needs, sometimes before you even articulate them. Bernard is the best salesperson I have met in any field, and is always on the customer's side, both before and after the sale. My family and I have purchased more than 25 Lexus vehicles from Bernard over these 20+ years, and we never have had a less than stellar experience. Bernard also has a great team behind him. Recently, Bernard's boss, Joel Cohen, and Richard in service were of incredible assistance when I turned in my Mom's car with some damage to it. They help you every way they can!

This was my first purchase at Ray Catena Lexus of Monmouth, and I will never go anywhere else! Now the proud owner of an IS250, I was thrilled with the entire process! Frank the GM is personable, thorough and made sure through out the entire process I was being taken cared of. He set me up with Alex M. to get me into the car that was perfect for me! Alex was wonderful and genuine. He had a lot of patients (I had lots of questions) and taught me everything I needed to know about my new car! I couldn't have asked for a better price too! The place was beautiful and the coffee was delicious. I almost can't wait to take the car in for its first service, so I can hang out in the lounge! I wanted to write and thank my sales rep. Mr. Steve Schlodfeldt for the excellent and honest information he always provided and his continued acceptance of my frequent visits while I made my final decision on a beautiful 350 RX. I could not be happier with the sales team and treatment at Lexus. I returned to Lexus after leasing another type of vehicle. I had my eye on Lexus NX200T for a while, so I went to about 6 dealers, among which, Ray Catena Lexus Freehold was the best with great service and strong expertise. Before I went there, I checked review and found out that Paul Vallejo has an outstanding profile, so I made an appointment with him. It turned out to be the right decision. Paul is very patient with all my questions, and he explains all the details about the car(some of them was never mentioned by other dealers)

This is my second lease from Ray Catena and the process was exceptional again. I plan on leasing another vehicle from them soon as well. Great Overall Experience - Beginning to End

Thanks to Paul Vallejo and the entire Ray Catena of Freehold Lexus Team.... for everything Saturday, you certainly stood by your word, of not allowing me to leave the dealership on Saturday with the right mix of "great deal", friendship, customer service, and attention to details. It didn't hurt that you offered me a wrap/sandwich when you knew I was starving! The close to 6 hours we spent together would typically be laborious....but it never actually felt that because of your accommodating nature. Your knowledge of both your own brand/vehicles as well as the competitors was certainly another selling point with me. We will be sure to work with you in the future (approx 2 years or so) when we are ready to trade in our 2010 RX 350 and look into a 3rd row vehicle. I always here the radio commercials about how "Ray Catena wants you to focus on your family, home,etc , while letting Ray Catena worry about your car"......that certainly was in full effect Saturday.
