I had an excellent experience. After being disappointed with the 2 Jeep dealerships closer to my home, I made the 20 drive to Freehold. Well worth it. The entire staff were pleasant and friendly. My salesman, Tom, was very easy to work with. Can't recommend this dealership enough.

Truly had a wonderful experience at Freehold Jeep & Chrysler. All of the staff were friendly and the customer service was exceptional! Our sales associate, Tom was very knowledgeable and made finding my new car a breeze. He was so patient and attentive when working with me to find the right car. In addition, the sales and general managers, Jose and CJ were just as wonderful and worked with me to get the best deal for my 2024 Compass. The finance manager, Eric, was very thorough when going over the paperwork and answered any questions I had. Without question, I would recommend Freehold Jeep & Chrysler!

If you want an easy, step by step, relaxed, no pressure type of salesman......Tom Bailey is your man! Very knowledgeable, calm, cool, and collective type of guy. He does not pressure you nor does he push you into a sale/lease that you will regret later. Extremely better experience with Tom then I had iwith other salesmen in the past. They know who they are! Great service! I found a used truck on their website and messaged them. Got a very quick response from salesman Al, who helped me do a deal over the phone. I live about 3 hours from the dealer so they made sure everything was ready before i got there and made sure to help with anything i asked. Tom showed me the truck and the features it had and he was a great. Very friendly dealership with people who actually care about the customer! Highly recommend.

Let’s be honest- buying a car is rarely a painless or enjoyable process especially in this economy. But Andrew helped us feel at ease right away with our purchase, immediately understanding our needs and the financial parameters in which we were able to work. He was a gentleman, he was pleasant and knowledgeable and more importantly knew how to properly convey that knowledge to my wife and I who are both admittedly NOT overwhelmingly knowledgeable about cars. He helped to smooth out any wrinkles during the process by being simultaneously professional and personable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership and Andrew in particular.

Damage Rim

Took my car to service on Saturday 05/20/2023. One of the service that I received were to get my tires rotated, since I had new tires installed back in December. When I went to pick up my car, I inspected my tires. Why!? because service department tech damaged my rim once before and Manager resolved the problem by replacing it with a new one. And look what happened again. Rim damaged by Jeep service department! The service tech that came out to inspect my tire was like oh wow. I didn't even noticed that, if I did I would of noted it. I said yes you didn't noticed it because it wasn't there. He said he didn't even use my locking nut tool, he used his own tools to remove the locking nuts off my tires. I'm assuming his power tool slipped the tire bolts and hit my rim, which chipped it. On Monday 05/22/2023, I get a phone call from a manager Jay, and he said he would not replace the rim, but repair it. I asked to speak to someone above him, he said there isn't. So as of right now, they are not taking responsibility to my damage rim. I will complain further, until issue is resolved. This is not right! Technician should take responsibility. 05/24/2023 Chrysler Corporation 1-800-247-9753 has been informed and complaint has been made against Freehold Chrysler & Jeep. Chrysler Corporation advise to speak to the general manager, Called and left a message 05/24/2023. 05/30/2023 Still waiting for the General Manager to give me a call back.

I was in search of a new car and dealing with a number of dealerships when Andrew reached out and actually spoke with me heard me out and made recommendation. This was my first time looking at a Jeep as I have always driven Hondas. I came in Andrew had all the things prepared and the car out front. He was very personable and relatable. His knowledge of the car and helpfulness throughout the process was amazing. This was the best customer service I have gotten while purchasing a car. From the test drive/walk through to driving off of the lot. If you are in the market for a new car I would HIGHLY recommend going to Andrew for your next purchase.

Every staff member is patient, honest and gears towards your wants and needs. They just want their clients happy and Andrew is a great salesman. Test driving can cause some nervousness, but he makes the driver feel very at ease.
