The best dealership and car buying experiance

I just bought my second car from Verner-Cadby Ford. The first is a 2012 Ford Fusion SE that I bought used. I have had no problems with the car and the one recall notice was handled quickly and painlessly for me. The sales person I worked with on that car, Paul, was a pleasure to work with. Knew his stuff, was good with getting answers and was able to teach the Sync systems quickly and clearly. The second car is a 2015 Ford Focus Titanium purchased new. I worked with Tom and Carl for this purchase. Tom, like Paul, was able to explain the MyTouch system clearly and was an encyclopedia of knowledge about the car. Carl worked with me to make sure I got the best financing options and to get me the best price on the car. Very pleased and satisfied with all my dealings with this dealership. I didn't feel at any time that they were rushing or pressuring me to buy the car before I was ready and I feel they have stood behind the sales. I have never liked going to the highway dealerships. You never see the same faces twice, the pressure to buy starts the moment you walk in the door and the service departments are impersonal rather than helpful and friendly. With Verner-Cadby I feel like I am shopping at an old time small-town dealership without feeling like I am being overcharged for the privilege. Probably my dealership of choice for many years to come as long as Ford builds cars I want to drive.

As always I am satisfied with my recent purchase from Verner-Cadby Ford. One of the things I have always liked about this dealership is the non-pressure sales tactics. They make it very smooth and easy to buy a car. As I have made a few purchases from this dealer previously, the whole deal was negotiated over the phone, which worked for me due to my busy work schedule. When i picked up the car there were no surprises or hidden costs/fees. My salesman was Tom C. As for the 2015 Taurus, I love the car.

A Great Experience

I recently leased a 2016 Fusion from your dealership. The salesman was Paul Valerio. He was recommended by a friend and coworker. Leasing a car has always been a very stressful ordeal for me. I have had 2 previous Ford cars from another dealership and I must say that this experience with Paul and your dealership was far superior. I felt at ease and not pressured. Paul listened and worked with me. I am extremely happy and satisfied with my experience. Keep up the good work.

To date, I have worked with Paul on two new cars. He's helpful, knowledgeable and goes out of his way (seems to me) to accommodate and facilitate the deal. I have always been impressed with the service people - again willing to accommodate and help whenever I have been there.

My experience at Verner Cadby was as usual a very positive one! I have purchased or leased over a dozen cars from this particular dealer and have always had a positive experience. The staff treats you like family from the service department to the body shop to the finance department your on a first name basis with everyone and you feel like the most important customer in the building.

My lease was coming up on my 2013 Ford Fusion which I purchased at Fette Ford, so instead of going back to Fette to get another Fusion, I chose Verner-Cadby because it had high ratings on YELP. The salesman was knowledgeable and there were no high pressure sales tactics.

Verner Cadby has a great team. I've been to other locations which are more convenient for me location related, however the service is not even comparable. Andy and Carl are always there to answer any questions and help with any assistance I may need. I won't go to any other dealerships and will always refer people here.

Review: I purchased a 2013 Fusion form Verner-Cadby Ford. Very good sales staff, had a slight issue during delivery but they did a great job of stepping up and resolving the problem. Easy to deal with and extremely fair on trade in value. Their service department is also high quality and service oriented. Great all around choice and I will definitely return.
