Chad Kunz was my sales person who helped me to get my Lexus NX. He knew his job responsibilities and he does what should be done first in order to attract a new customer. I really had positive experience dealing with him. Of course there're things that he cannot do, but he is good in negotiating with the sales manager and gives the price that works for you. The price was fair, and pretty quickly worked out. Chad Kunz was very helpful. We settled on the deal, closed the paperwork and I got a fair deal on the trade-in.
