Went in for tire rotation, car only serviced by Ford Techs. Told all lug nuts rounded and in need of replacement. Also text video stated brakes would need replacement soon but nothing on final sheet stating that.

hi brought in a 2006 Ford ranger that I had just purchased I found out there were some recalls but I was only there to get a few keys made. Rob took care of me. Make sure I had a ride home had enough time to come back and made the repairs all worth the trip

I’ve been using this dealership to serve my Mazda for years. I just love it!!! Now even more! The new building to serve Mazdas is awesome. The waiting room has enough chairs and complimentary coffee and tea. The service is always done quickly, the price is reasonable. A great bonus is they send a multi point inspection video to your phone, so you know exactly what is going on with you car. I definitely recommend this dealership!!!!

The car market is not an easy one these days, but I had a great experience at Chapman Mazda. I luckily found what I wanted almost immediately (I’ve been browsing around for months), and I bought a CX-30 for a pretty good price. The staff/manager were very pleasant and made the process pain free.

Worst experience ever. Instead of excitement buying car it was nothing but hassle. Had appointment to sign final paperwork . Had to wait for almost an hour. Kept getting excuse “almost ready, your next, paperwork printing now, etc. “ If appointment can’t be kept let me know, I’ll come back later don’t treat me like a schmuck. Asked about warranty paperwork. I wanted official warranty paperwork stating whats covered, how long etc. They didn’t have it, don’t worry its filed with your vin they said. Very unprofessional.I can’t believe I’m the first to ask for this. Finally got something in writing after almost walking out on deal.
