I needed to get my brakes checked out and when I called, they said to bring in the car that afternoon, which I did. Shuttle service was provided by Dan for my return home. Steve called to let me know what needed to be done and the approximate amount. When it was determined that my car had to remain overnight, Steve did advise that the shuttle service was available the next morning at approximately 10AM to pick me up at work when the car was ready. Steve advised me that morning that the car was ready and asked if I needed the shuttle service. I told him that a friend was dropping me off. I am very happy with the service and professionalism of all personnel.
