First rate dealership, you won’t be disappointed!

My overall experience with this dealership and particularly my Sales Concierge, Willliam LaRose, was nothing short of spectacular. After visiting a BMW dealer closer to my home where I was refused the opportunity to test drive a vehicle I was interested in and very put off with the experience, Bill and his team showed me the opposite side of that spectrum and could not have been more helpful and accommodating. From my first phone call with Bill through taking delivery of the car, Bill was knowledgeable, courteous, and overall fantastic to work with. They had the specific vehicle I had been looking at for years with the manual transmission that I particularly wanted. I came to their dealership in January to look at and test drive the vehicle. After an excellent and very comfortable test drive with Bill, I knew I wanted the car. Unfortunately, the color combination and options of the model on hand were not exactly what I wanted, I felt so comfortable with Bill and my desire for the car that I immediately built and ordered the car exactly how I wanted it. Throughout the ordering process, Bill was so easy to work with. He kept me updated on the process throughout the entire process. The finance manager (name I can’t remember) was great to work with when the day came to pick up the car. He made the process very fast and easy without any high sales pressure. Since I live a few hours away from the dealership, I was having trouble arranging for someone to bring me there to pick it up. I was able to take the Cape May Lewes ferry and Bill even arranged for a driver to pick me up from the ferry and bring me the rest of the way to the dealership. The driver was very nice and great company for the ride. I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience with this dealership and each person involved in the process. I have already recommended people to this dealership and particularly to Bill if they are interested in a BMW. I feel lucky and truly grateful that my path crossed theirs for this process. I have bought many vehicles both personally and for my company and this entire experience was second to none.

2018 BMW X1 Service at BMW of Atlantic City

Had to take my 2018 BMW X1 to my dealership, BMW of Atlantic City (NJ) after I got a “Drive Train Malfunction” warning. Turned out to be a failed ignition coil so it was replaced along with spark plugs. The dealership had sent out service coupons that I used to get a nice discount. Along with the service I got a 49 point inspection at no cost. I was sent a video of the technician showing potential point of future problems. Service rep Scott was knowledgeable and great to work with. Great service at a reasonable price.

Came In for brakes and an oil change. They did the oil change but did not have rotors so it was ordered the next day. They came picked my car up the next day and finished the service. Really appreciated Jennifer’s hard work to help.

Purchased a New 430, a few weeks back From Mark, everything went smoothly from the test drive to the paperwork. Right after I was given the keys it was like a light switch turn off and all of a sudden Mark told me he only a lotted 45 mins for my sale and was running over, he showed me how to hook up my phone, made sure he got his photo and walked away.. Never showed me anything about the controls or touch screen usage. He asked if i could stop back the next day around 11:30 and he would be willing go over the entire car... The next day I stopped at 11:30 and he told me he was with a new customer and give him 30mins.... waited around and he never even talked to me, I ended up leaving ,, I watched a lot of youtube videos on the car and after a week I called to asked a few questions, left 4-6 voice messages without turn, finally call the Sale manger Mike and walked him through the entire issue I was having.. He told me that's not the way they do business and wanted to talked to General Manger and see what they could do to correct the issues ... He also Ghosted Me!!!! never returned a call to me and I left two VM , without return.. They many dealership around, Consider another one which will provide both good service before and after the sale.. it's called respect !!!

Atlantic City BMW is the best service and sales I have ever experienced. Having owned 50 cars fr Toyota to Lexus n Mercedes BMW excels in all ways. Connor in service exceeds my high expectations. Connor is Accommodating knowledgeable and thorough. Bill in Sales made my new car purchase seamless with no games. He is exceptional. Mike in used car dept is a true asset. He is transparent and caring.

Bad communication and charge too much

They charged me a 1000 for diagnostics and my car is just as broke as it was when I brought it there I couldn’t afford to do any of the necessary repairs the service advisor never answers the phone and takes 2 days to call back not sure what is going on over there but I’ll never go there again

I took my 2021 X3 to the dealership for an oil change and routine service. I did not buy the vehicle from this dealership. Scott and his team were wonderful throughout the service process by keeping me apprised of the service and finally determine why I was getting a tire pressure warning. I needed a new tire and their prices were very competitive and fair. When I picked up my car it had been detailed and looks better than when I purchased it. I’ll be back.

They did a perfect job replacing my two back tires and everything went well. They said they washed the car they either didn’t or did a sub par job. But not a big deal, I wasn’t there for a car wash either way. But overall did a great job.
