I wanted to share with you the wonderful experience I had working with Danny Wong and Burton. I started out looking for a used BMW and was assisted by both Danny and Burton. They are a wonderful team making sure that there was always one of them availalbe to work with me and answer my many, many questions. I must have sent them both at least 10 emails per day all of which were promtly responded to. I purchased a new vehicle after they assisted me in ruling out the used option due to my many specifications. They kindly suggested new and did not push to hard or make me uncomfortable. The 2013 has many new features that I am happy to be able to enjoy. It is not often that one spends such money with a smile. These two were so professional and my search was consuming given that I tried to find the PERFECT used vehicle which does not exist. I am sure you take good care of your employees because they would not be as great as they are if you did not do so. I do want to share my wonderful experiences with both of them and also comment on their teamwork. They were never competitive with eachother and I have spent my life in sales and marketing and that is not always the case. They made sure I had what I needed and that at least one was available on my numerous stop in's to check out the used selection. On day of purchase Danny walked me through all of my options and assisted me in finalizing the order. You run a great business and my service experiences over the years have been equally positive. I can honestly tell you these types of experiences build as much brand loyalty as the wonderful vehicles you sell. Just wanted to share this with you and say thank you!
