NEW car transmission replaced

Manny Grillo the service manager was wonderful in diffusing my reaction to the unbelievable news of needing to replace my new 2015 6 month old car's transmission. I am still very upset with this whole situation and only in time and car performance along with continued service excellence will dictate my overall satisfaction with Nielsen Jeep Cherokee Limited.
