Smiling faces take advantage of women
Written by 09/10/2014
onWe signed a lease with these guys with the understanding that we would not be paying a disposition fee. The next day, the F & I guy Mike, called my wife and asked her to stop by to resign one minor thing they missed. He moved the verbiage (handwritten) from one part of the agreement to another area which "legally binds" us to pay if we don't buy the car at lease end. We NEVER were going to buy the car and he knew it. He committed a fraud on my unknowing and trusting wife. I went in to see the GM who wanted me to prove that this was our original agreement. I don't have to prove I'm honorable to these [non-permissible content removed]. I was advised by a very important person in the consumer affairs division of the state of NJ who I am related to, to give them an opportunity to be honorable before I engage. They will be responsible for so much more than $300 by the time we're done that it just goes to show what fools they really are. STAY AWAY FROM THESE [non-permissible content removed]. They will act friendly and smile, and try to take advantage of you anyway they can.
