I worked on the deal with Joe Ippolito. He is their "Salesman of the Year" and for good reason. If you go into the negotiation process without doing your research he could tell you a million reasons why the dealer price is what you should pay. That being said, I did research with KBB and Edmunds and knew what I was willing to pay. Joe and I worked out a deal that left with me feeling very good while still allowing him to make a little profit on the car. As care salesman go, Joe is very courteous, well-spoken, and reasonable about making a deal. He closes on so many deals for good reason. After going through the paperwork, etc. I have to say that this car buying experience was well above average. I would work with Joe again if I needed another Hyundai and I highly recommend him and the dealership for their professionalism.
