Very poor customer support

Although our buying experience started out positively, their true colors became clear at signs of our first need for assistance. I would not recommend buying a used vehicle or any added warranties from this dealership. When we needed their support, it was a run around to avoid spending money until we had to correct the issue our selves and pay for it elsewhere. They are great at selling but extremely poor at support and service.

Here at Clinton Acura we are sad to see this review because we really try to go above and beyond to help our customers. Unfortunately you can not please everyone no matter how hard you try. In this particular case we offered several times to pick up and return the customers vehicle, fix the problem and all at no charge to the owner. Our customers are our number one priority.
