Irresponsible salesmen

I did not receive my permanent tag when my tempory tag is about expire. I need to call many times to get an extension letter. They never return calls, although receptionist said she will leave a note on the desk and make sure they call back the next day. I paid for a 5-year registeration and they messed up and got me 1-year registeration. When I faxed to them to ask about it, they pretended nothing went wrong and did not respond. I had to fax again before I can get refunded. Of course, they said DVM made a mistake.

Much better than the other place (read: Prestige vw)

Service was great, I went in knowing what I wanted to pay, and they were able to do it. I bought a used 2008 GTI. AJ, my sales rep was courteous, as was the manager that was on duty. Took time to answer all of my questions, provided a carfax quickly and all around made me feel comfortable about the whole transaction. As a matter of fact the only complaint I have about the dealership is that it is on route 70 which can be hectic on a Friday afternoon. All around a great experience. They may as well advertise "No reasonable offer refused!" Quick and painless just like I like my cars.

Excellent Sales Experience at Cherry Hill VW

I wanted a specific color combination on my new 2011 Jetta 2.5 SE with a manual transmission. As they had hundreds of Jetta's in stock, they did not have my specific one. My sales person, Mike Rutter, made some calls and did a dealer trade the very next morning and I picked up my new Jetta after lunch that day. He went above and beyond to earn a new, very satisfied customer. This is my first VDub and my experience could not have been any better. Mike's knowledge of the new Jetta was remarkable being it is a newly re-designed model for this year. Thanks Mike!!! A+++++.
