Sales is great and the salesman really tries to work with you. But service is spotty at best. Bought a CPO car, needed some minor touch up. The repairs were not up the Audi fit and finish and no one in service caught it, even though there were other areas that needed attention . 300 pt inspection was done to certify car, but was down a qt of oil as I drove off. No license plate bracket was included even though state requires one. Called that sales man, who never got back to me. Would up buying after market bracket. Overall most everything worked out, but quite a bit of aggravation for a car that cost $$$
