Dream car acquired

onHarold (who I put through hoops during this whole process) Jose, Bobby, Louis, Brian and the rest of team that I had an interaction with during my purchase gave me nothing but the best experience that I have ever had with any dealership. Have recommended and bragged about the experience to collegues and friends even though we live 12+ hours out of state. If Burlington Chevrolet has the next vehicle I am in search for available, I'll make the flight again to do business with them. Can't thank everyone enough for coming through for me in what was single handedly the most difficult to find vehicle and purchase I have made since purchasing a house. 10/10.

TERRIBLE

onMy Chevy gets a reduced engine power error message. And it just shuts down. It won't drive at full power. On a highway. EXTREMELY dangerous and something that would NEVER happen with other brands. Chevy Service wants me to pay $115 just to look at the car. I just had my car in the shop one month ago and paid $2500 to get it fixed. Where's the loyalty? I will NEVER buy another Chevy again. I repeat the engine just shuts down when you are driving on the highway.

onEveryone at Burlington Chevy was a pleasure to deal with. Our sales rep. Jaqueline explained all of the features of the car before our test drive. Not like some dealers that throw a set of keys at you and say I'll see you when you get back.
