Serious Complain, Do they want to kill customer life?

This is a series complain, and complain Dealer "Richard Lucas Subaru" in address: 1077 U.S. Highway One South Avenel, NJ 07001. On Aug-20-2011, Saturday morning, I drive my Subaru Legacy to Richard Lucas Service Center for Oil Change and Tire Rotate Services. On Aug-26-2011, Suddenly my Car come out very noisy Sound around front area, I don't know what happen, but it's very loud, and come louder when car speed accelerate, the sound so loud as like something serious broke down. For safety reason, I have to found any local Auto Mechanic Help to take look at it right away. Then, find out the reason, this is very ridiculous and very danger. Front left side wheel, 4 screw loosing, only one can hold the wheel, front right side wheel, also have same issue, only 2 screw can hold the wheel, and found also both back wheels, the screws are start loosely. Do they want to kill their customer on the road? Plus, Also found miss one piece of cover. The cover is locate at the bottom area of engine, when you change oil filter, you need to take down the cover, and need put it back after oil filter changed, but the service and the mechanic performance is very messy, unbelievable that lost my cover, then also want to kill the customer. According my paper record, my car service performed by "markkhait" did very non-professional job and service to my car, and almost harm customer life. Your Subaru Service is absolutely disappointed, because this is not my first complain during my 6 years with my Subaru car, but this time is quite serious issue.
