Worst dealer in the world!

onDon't Go to Hampton Ford Hyundai and don't buy a car from them.
I bought Hyundai sonata hybrid 2013 one month ago(6/29/2015). Previous week I visited the shop and the Dealer, Daniel Ditmars, said it's a new car. I checked the car and found some scratches on the trunk so I told him to fix it. He promised to fix it. But when I received the car, he didn't. And there was no floor mats in the car. He said he would arrange the service center and send the mats immediately. But after one week I couldn't receive it. He said he sent the mats but it wasn't arrived. He said that he sent it so many times but all he said was a lie.
Last weekend, He also call me and said he would buy a floor mat at Amazon and send me the tracking number but it also was a lie.
I cannot believe this situation. I think because I am a foreigner and asian he do not send it to me. I think he is a [non-permissible content removed].
Furthermore I called to the general manager, Dan Campano, and explained the situation. But he also didn't do anything. The Hampton Ford Hyundai people are not trusty and I do not recommend the shop and the dealers.
After one month I still do not have a floor mat. Dan Ditmars still lie to me.
