Fantastic customer service

I recently visited Best Ford in Nashua after seeing a car I was interested in. I requested a test drive via email and received a quick response from Buzzy who booked me in for the next day. When I arrived at Best Ford, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by their staff. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was greeted warmly and felt welcomed. Our sales person, James Robertson is not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about their inventory, making it easy for me to make my decision in purchasing the vehicle I wanted. He patiently answered all of our questions and provided valuable insights into my vehicle’s features and performance. The whole process from start to finish was remarkably quick and easy—I went for a test drive and ended up having the car delivered the same night by James. We met with one of the finance managers, Andy Montilla who helped explain everything in detail about my finance and service options during the final process in purchasing my vehicle. He was very thorough and transparent. The transaction went smoothly as expected. Overall, my experience at Best Ford was outstanding, and I highly recommend them to anyone in search of a hassle-free car buying experience.

Horrible management team

Sales manager and finance loan officer unprofessional. A car that was advertised with "dealer warranty " tried to make me sign a paper that they had changed to " no warranty" . They advertised a car as having back up camera and the vehicale has no back up camera . [non-permissible content removed] second hand dealer - that how they conduct their business. Sales manager one of the rudest people I had seen in my life . Stuck his hand in my face " to shake on the deal " and will not move it .

Waste of my time

I purchased my truck here because I searched online and found it. It’s an hour from my house. I never planned to service my truck here because of location. Well shortly after buying the truck there was a recall involving the wiper arms and motors. Best ford ordered the parts and had them so I decided I would have the recall work performed there since they already ordered the stuff. I drove the 2 hours back and forth and did an oil change as well. Well once I got there I was told Ford now changed their minds and won’t replace the motors unless they break. So no recall work performed just an oil change I drove 2 hours for. Fast forward a few month now. I’m getting calls left and right from Best “please come in we have the parts for the recall, we need to fix it” Messages and calls for a week. Finally I make an appointment for the recall work and an oil change with a service advisor. I drive the hour there for my appointment and pull in. Tell the guy what i’m there for and he goes “Ok so you’re going to leave your truck with me all day then right since it’s the recall work?” I say no…I can wait here I’m an hour from home unless you have a rental for me. Well no loaners there…so I told him don’t worry about it then and do the oil change. I tell the advisor that my rear camera hasn’t been working either. He says ok they’ll look at it. I wait 3 hours and the advisor comes to get me and tells me the oil change is done and that the recall didn’t matter anymore because Ford was sending the wrong parts out so they wouldn’t have even done the recall anyways if I had left the truck…As im paying he says what’s this about an electrical issue? I tell him about the camera issue..and he says oh that stinks..NO ONE even acknowledged the issue or even looked at it and he says “oh that stinks”. What a complete joke. They are so confused as to what’s going on it’s funny. I’m sure they’ll be calling me today to tell me to come in for recall work again so I can drive two hours for them to tell me never mind. Needless to say I won’t be back.

Stay Away!

STAY AWAY! Horrible experience, bought a used truck, i was assured everything was fine after bringing up concerns of rough shifting and rough idle during the test drive. I brought it back the next day to get a state inspection and the tech's looked it over, passed the truck, and assured me everything was normal. The salesman then drove the truck 50 minutes to drop it off with me and again assured me the truck was great, and there were no issues with the truck and the mechanics have looked it over. Took it to a different dealer after having it for a week and it ended up needing the transmission rebuilt, cam phasor, wheel bearing, throttle control valve and more! I have so far been without the truck for 42 days, and the bill is HUGE. The dealership is still unsure of the exact issues, and they are contacting the Ford field Engineers for support. It is difficult to contact the dealership and my calls will not get. Horrible people. They do not care about the customer, only the sale. Please do not buy from them.

“Was” an ongoing issue for 3 months

After many mistakes and wrong parts, changes in service reps, and very poor communication, the proper parts were received and installed to fix the issue. This required escalation to Ford corporate for action on a warranty issue. In the end it was fixed properly, apologies offered

F-150 - Regan

Very easy and positive sales experience. The driver side headlight has water in it (discovered on the FIRST day I owned the truck) and both sales and service have been proactive about reaching out to Ford for a resolution. I expect the headlight to be replaced in the next week.

Great Service

As a Ford owner I prefer to have my F-150 and Edge serviced by my local authorized Ford Dealership. On my recent No Appointment for an oil change, a Brake issue was discovered by Matt during the multipoint inspection. The Service Advisor Craig, offered to show me the brake pad and rotor condition, I declined because I do trust this the entire service department. Fortunate for me they were able to make the repairs that day. I always choose the Works Package as I believe this package covers all the requirement to keep my Fords in peak reliable condition. Kyle was very helpful, knowledgeable; he answered all of my questions with no hesitation. Kyle was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what was expected. Poor service

I bought my 2015 Ford Escape on 7/7. Mark Lynch was my salesman. I was not given a second key, owner's manual or the keyless entry code. When I bought the truck, it Should have come with the second key, owners manual & keyless entry code. I don't have any of them almost 2 months later. I bought my 2008 Ford Edge at Best & I returned to Best to buy my Escape. But after this service, I can honestly say I will not be returning or referring Best Ford to family and friends. I have followed up with my salesman many times & he continues to stall. I have emailed the sales manager Michael Frassica twice, and no response. Poor service all around!

I would recommend Mark Lynch to anyone who would like a professional guidance and assistance in their purchase at Best Ford Mark went beyond what one would expect from a sales pitch to actually assisting me to purchase a vehicle for my son by respectfully explaining the restrictions associated with test driving the vehicle off the Best Ford premises which other sales staff were unable communicate. Mark is a true professional and I would recommend him to anyone on the market for a new or used vehicle.

2016 Ford F150: I went in for a state inspection and scheduled 22500 maintenance. Service was great. Your quick lane service adviser is top notch. Friendly and helpful. I have been coming to Best since you opened on Amherst Street. I will continue as long as I a Ford.

Parking Spaces too Narrow

In my opinion Best Ford has their parking spaces too narrow in front of the building. People were leaning all over the car I was about to purchase and scratched it so deeply it had to be repainted. They had just tried out an Escape and had way too little room to get out of the vehicle without being against the vehicle I was negotiating on. The salesman just stood there chatting with them without any concern. Horrible situation!

6 YEAR OLD ESCAPE MAY NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION-OUTRAGEOUS

I somehow just lost my story so here goes again. I brought my 2011 Escape in because there has been an infrequent issue when shifting into gear or while in motion, both highway and street, sometimes with hesitation. Gerry and Rich were great. Rich stated that all the tests showed nothing was wrong but my auto transmission fluid was a bit dark, which means that something is brewing. He also road tested it twice and nothing happened. Certainly not Rick's fault, but I would think in this day and age the detailed testing technology would show exactly what the problem is. I am very upset since my car is exactly 6 years old - it was purchased in June 2011. They both told me it may be that I will eventually need a new transmission which will rack up to be about $3500 and my car is only 6 years old?? This should not be happening with a dependable Ford vehicle. I have always been a Ford fan all the way, but I am now thinking that if my Escape does need this work, I will need to consider if I want to sink that cost into the car or if I instead purchase a new vehicle from a different car company. I wanted to let you know that I am not happy with the diagnosis and the potential future cost. Sincerely, Janice O'Donnell

Best Ford Really is The Best

My car purchase started in April when I ordered my 2017 Mustang GT. John Mannas is a great guy and very easy to work with. John kept me in the loop as to when my car was expected to be delivered. The sales manager I was dealing with was Rafael. He is new there but did a great job. Didn't play any games with numbers, was very fair with trade in value, and made sure I left the dealer happy with my new car. Jack in finance saved me a good amount of cash but finding me a better interest rate then what my bank quoted me. He went out to bat for me and hit a homerun. This was the second Mustang I've purchased from this dealership and it wont be the last!
