I recently bought a 2018 certified Nissan Titan from Concord Nissan. It was a great experience from the sales specialist I worked with to the finance department. Everyone made the process seem less. The price of the vehicle was extremely competitive with lesser vehicles at other dealerships. I would recommend this dealership and there staff to anyone.

Went to this dealership when I was looking to get out if my lease early. Jamie was really nice and tried to get the best deal possible but I wasn’t quite ready at that time. When my lease was up went back here and got a good deal on a leftover Nissan Rogue. They were able to waive my end of liability payment with Nissan. I would definitely recommend Nissan of Concord. There was no pressure and the sale was a breeze.

Having to look no further than Concord Nissan to find my used vehicle preference, a Rouge SL, after over two months of ownership, I feel it is safe to render review for prospective purchasers consideration. The premises was exceptionally clean, the atmosphere relaxed, the Staff attentive and friendly. The female sales associate (a rarity) made the process relatively painless, she was knowledgeable, patient and kind, and did not practice ‘high pressure’ sales techniques. Not only did Staff bend over backwards to assure this customer’s satisfaction with the used car-buying experience, but the (typically non-negotiable) Doc fees were reasonable in that they are only slightly higher than the NH state average amount found listed online, and as opposed to certain dealerships charging almost twice as much. The dealership boasts having two (2) certified mechanics on staff the lends a feeling of security regarding the overall condition of the vehicle as perhaps being ‘better than most’ for the price. After an independent pre-purchase inspection, the Dealer addressed a few non-safety issues discovered, along with an objectionable cosmetic issue. They also replaced certain parts as recommended by my mechanics. Added value factors are: ‘Free inspections for life’ and ‘Free (every 5th) oil changes. At ConcordNissan.com, be sure to read the “About Us” section and the ‘owner-operated philosophy’ for representations regarding owner-oversight of each sale and other business principles claimed as practiced. Satisfied with the overall experience, I feel comfortable giving Concord Dealership a five-star review.

Buying a vehicle out-of-state can be an overwhelming challenge. Thank you Rich Boyd, Dennis, Chris and "the detailer' for being so helpful. We appreciate the manner in which we were treated and our paperwork explained. Everything went smoothly; NO FRUSTRATION. It was well worth the drive from Queensbury NY to work with such a down-to-Earth staff ! This was, by far, our best dealership experience ever !

My experience and letter to Concord Nissan. I just wanted to let you all know how happy I was with the experience I had with you buying a car. I dealt the salesmen Rich, Finance manager Jared. And another manager named Dennis. All of them gave me amazing customer service. They got me the exact car I wanted, at the price I wanted and treated me with dignity and respect before and after the sale. When you guys didn’t have the pathfinder I wanted, you went all the way to another state to get it! I have purchased a lot of vehicles at a lot of dealers. You are the best dealer I have ever purchased a car from. Please keep up the good work and the low prices and I will never buy a car anywhere else! You have a great team!

Purchased a used Murano from this dealership. We chose this dealership as we specifically wanted this model and felt it appropriate to go to a Nissan dealer. They failed to disclose prior frame damage. It was only after attempting to trade it at a different dealership did we learn about the damage when the salesperson handed us the Carfax report. Unable to trade in as vehicle is only worth $5,000, a difference of about $9,000. Attempted to gain assistance from Concord Nissan via BBB. CN claims they were not aware of any damage to vehicle. They must be the only dealership to not use Carfax! Still seeking resolution through BBB (looks likes it's going nowhere, CN appears uninterested and unwilling to stand behind their product). My feeling is, we chose CN above a "used car lot" for security and piece of mind. What we got instead was ripped off and fooled. Hopefully with the assistance of BBB this will be resolved, I would HOPE CN will do the right thing but that remains unseen, so until the complaint with BBB is closed unfortunately this is my review of Concord Nissan.
