I called into Bob Mariano after getting sick of the BS from a couple other dealers on the same vehicle. Jeff gave me a fair, no-markup price which was exactly where I expected to be. He had the vehicle and all of the paperwork ready for us as soon as we got there. It was one of the better no-hassle car purchases we've made. I was disappointed to find that the dealership does mark up some high end vehicles; that kind of greed doesn't sit well with me, and would have sent me walking if it was the vehicle we were interested in. Fortunately, our transaction was a good experience, and we're very happy with the purchase overall.

Thank you to my fantastic salesman Alex Eddy. He came in on his day off to finalize the purchase of my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. The entire purchase from start to finish was about an hour and half. There was no back and forth bantering. I appreciate all the hard work from Alex and definitely would buy from him again!

Poor Follow Up

The follow up is just as important as the sale. Poor communication from sales rep Christian Guertin as well as Timothy the sales manager. We purchased a new Jeep willey with additional add ons. Once the sale was made the sales rep never called us as he said he would to set up a day/time to install our leather & side bars. We are still waiting for the remote start to be installed after 2 months. We are told it will be another 2 months. They forgot to order the part after making the sale. Poor customer service. Very disappointing on the customer end. I do not recommend this dealership.

Shopped 4+ other dealerships and wish I came here first. Met with Chris Geurtin in sales who was incredibly helpful and took the time show me a few trucks, understood what I was looking for and got me into it at a great price. If your not looking for games or a run around this is the place to go.

Great Experience. Found myself down a vehicle, start to finish from pre-approval for financing to test driving and buying was a very smooth process. They found a certified pre-owned SUV that fit our needs and was within our price range. Would recommend Gordy and Anthony to anyone.

I had new brakes installed and a problem occurred afterwards. Gary the Service Advisor was extremely patient throughout my issue and of course helpful! Never, ever have the Service Department try to do work that was NOT needed, since 2012 when I bought my Jeep brand new from them. I have actually asked them to do extra whenever it's in for a service. I saw a recent review explaining otherwise. I don't believe it at all! Also, cannot say enough positive things about Gary! I hope he stays there forever! Thank You, Gary!!

I had been researching the new 2019 RAM and had made the decision that i wanted to build and special order one. I had sent a PDF of the truck with all the options i wanted, to a number of dealerships. Bob Mariano was by far the best price. I then went in to meet the people at the dealership and discuss special ordering my truck. The dealership was knowledgeable about the vehicle, and very reasonable to negotiate with. They surpassed my expectations.

Happiness is a new Jeep

I thought I would visit Mariano's to see what kind of deal I could get for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I was happy to see Clifford Downs as I have purchased other cars from him and was glad to have a familiar face to talk with. I enjoyed the experience as I know what I am looking for and do not want to be pushed into something else. We walked the lot and I asked for details on two or three that were possibilities. Cliff gave me the facts and within 20 minutes I was doing a test drive. I am not someone who likes to "shop around" and appreciate the kindness and information Cliff brings to the table. I was interested in the Jeep Wrangler and we went inside to do figures. I was able to work with Cliff to get what I was looking for in a vehicle and in pricing. Within 2 and a half hours I was driving away in the Jeep Wrangler I test drove. All the folks at Bob Mariano's are kind and helpful, but Cliff is my choice of sales people. I am happy to do business at this dealer and look forward to continuing my relationship in car buying with Mariano's.
