Truly the best customer service ever!

All the staff at Wild West Chevrolet are really fantastic! From the girls answering the phones, through to Patty in sales, George the Operations Manager and Ashlee in finance, my experience at Wild West was first class. Not only did they treat me like I was the most important customer to ever walk through the door it was done in a way that was genuine, friendly and heart felt. This is why this dealership is so successful as it practices what it preaches. Wild West truly does care! My family and I will never buy from anyone again. After agreeing on the model I wanted, George and Patty found my a model that was a year newer (2014) and a model grade higher... and didn't changed the agreed price but simply did it just because. That is customer service at it's finest! So matter how far you have to drive to get to this dealership to make a purchase, then do it. You will not be sorry!!!!!

Probably the worst dealer I’ve ever had to deal with. From the sales women not knowing who we were the next day we cam if to have them replaced some wiper blades ( that they didn’t) two weeks later take it back for a grinding noise in the front end they said it was the wheel bearings paid $1000 to fix it truck only had 50,000 miles. Get it back go to put it in four wheel drive front end sounds like it going to explode now take it back in for a week then they say the ring and pinyon are wore out and needs replaced $1890. Never once did they check the vacuum actuated hubs that are bad. Only have had this truck for 2000 miles and two months. Never once did they try and help out. There web page says they thoroughly check over their vehicles with maintenance checks😂 and you can trust them, but they are good vehicles before they sell them😂
