onPurchased 2005 Chev Equinox (paid cash $100 bills), in the course of prepurchase inspection, found broken sunvisor. Salesman stated no problem to replace. Purchased vehicle and after waitng month, was told can't find proper one in GM parts (05 equinox?) I said they're on ebay every day, salesman suggested I purchase there and submit invoice for reimbursement, which I did. Another month went by and no reimbursement, no response to emails, no returned calls. On return trip from Canada to Tucson, stayed night in Vegas, so I could pay personal visit in the morning. Salesman said that not this oversight was not intentional, would look after right away. 2 weeks later no credit, so clearly was intenentional, said what I wanted to hear to get me out of showroom, no response to emails or phone messages to salesman or sales manager, since. If you choose to buy from them be sure everything is complete before you pay them as after, expect NO service, and no response.
