Brought my GMC Yukon in for a oil change and detail. Everyone was friendly, the service as fast, and I would recommend anyone visit and see Lisa, Jen, Tera or Steve.

New car fail after service

After my First service, my car began to whin. It took 6 weeks to diagnose and rebuild my transmission in a 7 month old car. Was returned to me with a greasy, dirty interior, door, floor and steering wheel

worst dealer

this is the worst dealer i have ever been to. My vehicle has been in there 3 times in the last month. they of course charged me 160.00 every time they run my check engine light. But here is the best part i am the one who has to call them to find out whats going one. i only can be sure of one thing Riverton elko will never see me or my friends and family. Absolutely the worst 100%

We have had our new GM vehicle serviced twice at Riverton and even though we did not buy it there we have been treated VERY VERY WELL and have had all our questions answered. Would recommend Riverton As we live out of town we are always offered a ride to and from anywhere we want to go.

Service techs Incompetent

My vehicle was at the dealership for six weeks for contaminated fuel problem. 3 complete sets of fuel injectors, two catalytic converter, two sets of sparkplugs, one fuel rail, one fuel pump and 6 weeks later its finished. Only thing I received was lies.
