Great Experience

onJust bought a used Porsche Cayenne from the Lexus Dealership.
Wasn't planning on it, but got such a great deal, I couldn't pass it up.
The entire experience was great.
Steve, the salemen was very nice and wasn't pushy at all.
They are ALL very friendly and it is clear that they want to impress you and make you feel special. After the deal was done, they gave me a full tank of premium gas which was not expected.
That was probably $80 or $90.
They also didn't charge me the standard processing fee either, which I didn't expect.
So, they basically gave me back over $300 after out negotiation was done.
I bought this car "as is" since it's a 2004 Porsche.
And, after driving it the first day, the A/C went out.
Well, they certainly weren't obligated to fix it but they promptly put it in the shop and gave me a courtesy vehicle to drive for the weekend.
They still haven't fixed it yet, but I'm certain they will at no charge.
Again, they have exceeded all expectations.
We also own a Land Rover which we get serviced at the BMW/Land Rover Dealer in town, and although they are good too, they don't even come close to the service and friendliness I experienced at Lexus.
The people at Lexus truly make you feel special and that really goes a long way with me.
I will certainly consider them in the future.
