onI Went in with cash to buy a 2014 Camaro and they told me that if I didn't buy thru their financing plan it was going to cost over $5000 more! Their explanation was.... the price that I was quoted was an internet price that included a $3,000 GM rebate and special financing . Also, the CASH price IS NOW the MSRP.... But, when I asked them to show me on the internet listing they - of course - couldn't find it . (WHO THE HECK PAYS MSRP FOR A CAR) There was A lot of back peddling with the H&H general manager . OK, SO I'LL PAY THE LOAN OFF WITHIN 10 DAYS! He said that I'd have to wait at least a 120 days and there would be a $107 a month due each month for interest + fees ( their interest rate is 5% ) Really,,,,,when was cash declared unacceptable as a form of payment? I'm not an inexperienced shopper and definitely not an inexperienced car buyer. SO I WENT TO GREG YOUNG CHEVY AND GOT A BRAND NEW 2015 CAMARO FOR
$ 5500 LESS WITH WAYYYYYYY MORE EXTRAS !!!!!!! FULLY LOADED !!!!!
I described the incident to the general manager of Greg young Chevy, and he told me that GM would never allow such a thing to happen, obviously when you obtain a loan through General Motors you can pay it off early . Greg Young was also offering zero down and zero interest with $1,500 in cash incentives ( the cash was not calculated into my savings ) so I actually paid $8500 less @ Greg Young Chevy. I WILL NEVER GO TO H&H AGAIN.
