Great car buying experience

Perfect in every aspect. Car was as advertised no bait and switch tactics like many dealerships! They were friendly,fast, and ready to deal. In and out in less than an hour and a half. Did me right on my old trade no haggling on either end of the deal. Would definitely recommend to any friends or relatives of mine.

Dependability at it's best

Issues with battery, corrected in a very timely manner. Service is and has been great since the purchase date of my F150 over 7 years ago. Have yet to find any dealership/service department that is as dependable as they are.

My 2023 Ford Maverick

It is just a good as I thought. It was worth the wait. I put in for this in September 2023. The production was delayed many times because of lack of parts. Eleven months later I picked up my 2023 Ford Maverick. It is a very nice truck. Mike Pundmann was very helpful from start to finish and continues to do so. I'm having accessories put on after owning it for a week. Mike assisted me picking out how I wanted the truck built. He was very helpful in picking the accessories. Mike also helped me close on the deal and it went very smooth. I recoomend Mike Pundmann at Pundmann Ford.

The service department is fast, the mechanics are knowledgeable and recently we used their body shop, which guarantees the work for LIFE. I just purchased a 2023 Ford Escape ST Line Elite from Eliot Star of Pundmann Ford in St Charles Missouri. I would highly recommend Eliot and Pundmann Ford for not only new car purchases but pre-owned as well. Eliot Star is one of the most honest, professional and customer friendly salespeople I have ever dealt with and believe me I’ve dealt with many bad ones. Pundmann Ford makes it easy and comfortable to purchase any vehicle without any pressure of unnecessary ridiculous ad-pm’s like so many other high sales tactics that some dealers do. I would definitely intend to purchase other vehicles from Eliot Star and Pundmann Ford of St Charles Missouri. The REAL HOMETOWN DEALERSHIP.

I was very impressed with all the aspects of buying a car at Pundmenn Ford. The salesman was not pushy, but very helpful. The finance manager was one of the Putmans, and when I came back to get paperwork and wanted to ask the body shop a question about a paint spot Mike Junior, let me over there and talk to the paint department for me! I will recommend Pundmenn Ford to anyone I know that is looking to buy a new or used vehicle

It took over 5 months for our new truck to come in. We ordered the truck on August 20, it was built on October 26 and we picked it up on February 4. There was no help or explanation other than this is the normal process. If this is normal I don't know how they can make any money. It also took 4 hours for us to get through purchase process at the dealers. It was a good thing they were having a slow day or the people behind us could have been there all day.
