I had a very positive experience with Jason Hawkins. He did a good job of balancing my needs with the goals of the dealership. I wanted to pay cash for the car and I sensed that he was being pushed to encourage financing. I didn't want to finance it and he could tell I was getting frustrated so he very nicely told me he would take care of it. He was patient and answered all of my questions.
