New Vehicle Purchase Experience

I purchased a new Escape Titanium. This is the seventh new Ford product I have purchased since 1985. I've purchased six of the seven from Thoroughbred Ford. The first of the seven was purchased in Tucson Az. (Homes-Tuttle Ford). Curt, Dan, Jeffrey and Harold are FIRST CLASS. It was a very pleasant experience. I look forward to my next purchase. I hope down the road a few years.

I came in to ask about the new Ford Focus models. I had intended to wait until the new models came out in August. I told the sales person exactly what I wanted. A winter package with automatic defrost front and back, heated seats and nothing red, black, white or tan. I had been to another dealership, and they did not have what I wanted. I have owned a Ford Focus since 2005. I needed a new car, but I wasn't sure if I could get a good deal and financing. Financing came through with low-interest rate and with the rebate I paid almost the same price for the new 2016 as I did for Ford Focus 2005 we bought so long ago. My new Blue Candy Focus is the first car I have purchased all by myself. I couldn't have been more pleased!

Ford fusion 2016. I submitted a app inquiry online after look at a fusion at a different used call dealership and recieved a call the next day. My previous 2008 ford taurus car had been concider a total loss after being hit by a dump truck. Mike contacted me within an hour. I was really in a place after my accident. He just asked me a few question over the ☎ and when i arrived we were ready to test drive. Not at all what I exspected in a good way. This was my first brand new vehicle purchase and the best car buying experience I've ever had. The first real smile I had in days. Thank you Mike for making a hard situation a little easier for me. I looove my new car.

My experience with this dealership was outstanding and for the customer! I would recommend anyone to buy or trade vehicles with Ford Thoroughbred in KCMO! The salesmen who assisted me to upgrade my Chevy Cruz to a Ford F150 was named Coach! The guy gave me everything I asked for and more I was very impressed! I looked foward to having more business with the dealership and hopefully Coach will be there again to assist! Thank you very much and happy holidays!!

Without knowing, my salesman offered me just the car I wanted, a Fusion Energi. I've wanted to try a hybrid vehicle to save on fuel costs. I went in to lower my payments and he did just that for me. I was transferred to KC from another state and will stay with my salesman for all my future car purchases.

The sales staff was extremely helpful, and very patient. Initially we picked one vehicle, and after completing paperwork, and settling on a price, my wife decided she wanted a different color. I had picked an ivory and she was wanting a black on black, with sport wheels. The 2015 Ford Focus that was purchased was a fun experience. The sales person, expressed, only a positive attitude, wanting to make us happy. Every step of the purchase was smooth, and a positive experience.

We purchased a pre-owned Certified 2015 Ford Explorer. When we came in we were greeted by the receptionist and offered a seat and water while we waited for our Sale Rep. Although he was busy Ryan greeted immediately us excused himself while he finished with a customer he was attending. When we can to pick up our vehicle we noticed a small stain on the drivers seat leather and Ryan was able to get a technician to come out and take care of it right away. So yes the staff was very helpful and the service was great.
