Go to Bud Brown VW

onI bought my car at Molle, but the service dept. didn't seem interested in fixing the rear brake problem seemingly common to 2007 Jettas.
Out of frustration, I went to another dealer who immediately fixed the brakes under warranty.
They ordered new calipers and it took care of the wear problem.
Molle VW told me the wear was "normal" and sent me away.
I can't understand that approach; VW was paying for the parts/labor under warranty, so why not try to satisfy the customer.
As a result, I'm still satisfied with VW and know never to go to Molle again.
By the way, the dealer who fixed my car (Baron) no longer sells VW, but their service team was hired by Bud Brown VW in Olathe.
My experience there is just as satisfying as it was when those managers and techs were working at Baron.
