They don't take appointments, it is first come first serve.
Also, when you buy a vehicle new there, they do not offer you a loaner, nor will they shuttle you if needed, so you are stuck sitting there all day, unless you wish to incovenience someone to pick you up.
In my case, I know no one else here, so two days there cost me big time!!
Plus they were not that friendly in service either.
They acted like you were putting them out.
