BUYERS TAKE PRECAUTION! Shady Tactics used to closed deals here. Worst buying experience I have EVER had. If you are looking for the most dishonest, unethical dealership out there, you’re definitely in the right place! I purchased an Audi A7 from this place and I was promised so many LIES to get the deal closed. Booker Wade promised videos of the vehicle upon being detailed, window stickers that were never received . And even worse he GUARANTEED delivery of 2 days to get the vehicle shipped. We are only 8 hours apart. This vehicle was promised to be here in time as an anniversary gift! The surprise party was already planned where the car would be presented. The Vacation trip was already booked to leave on Sunday morning. Lets just say all of which is now RUINED! 3,000+ dollars just PISSED AWAY!! Booker promised shipment would begin on Monday. It is now Saturday and the car still has NOT BEEN PICKED UP! So it may get here next Monday, it may not. 11+ days to ship 8 hours. NOONE HAS CALLED TO CONFIRM ANYTHING! I even presented Booker with 5 star transporting services who CONFIRMED they can get the car here in time.. They also said it takes 5 days MAX to transport even at maximum bookings. Booker said his homeboy truck broke down. So I had to suffer the consequences for that. I thought it would be shipped professionally anyway. Once I saw Booker didn’t care about getting the car here in time, I even decided I would pay for the express shipping of the car to make this occasion still special and not lose so much money on the backend. Booker wouldn’t not answer my calls or texts to get the car shipped in time AT MY EXPENSES!! BUT HEY they treated me VERY well before I bought the Audi. We explained to Booker Wade the importance of the delivery and that was the ONLY reason this deal was closed with him. I don’t have enough writing space to explain the many lies he told. I sent an email to each manager in the dealership, NOT ONE bothered to call or followup on the issue. We wont mention them showing sympathy. Whats that? Shame on me for believing anything out the mouth of Shady no moral Booker. I wouldn’t expect this type of image from an Audi brand. I would advise anyone to save themselves and run now. I STILL don’t know when the vehicle will be shipped. I never received any of the requested videos or documents. So I have no idea of the condition. EVEN THOUGH I ASKED NUMEROUS TIMES! Whether the promised interior defects were fixed. The list goes on. They do deserve one star for Luke Pure though. He is only the finance manager and called on Friday once he heard the lies Booker had presented. But at this point., still no resolution. Amazing for an Audi Brand.

I have purchased 3 new Audi's from Ed C./West County Audi and have had a great sales experience every time. Ed is hardworking, responsive, and is willing to go the extra mile to provide the information and details you need to make the right decision on a car. Even after the sale Ed continues to keep in touch and make sure that all my questions about my car are answered. I will continue to keep my business with Ed on any new Audi's in buy in the future. I highly reccomend Ed/Audi West County for anyone considering buying a new Audi!

I found my sales associate, Andrew W., to be knowledgeable and patient, while still remaining perfectly attentive. Walking into a car dealership can require some mental preparation to deal with the vultures waiting to pounce in anticipation of a sale, but not at Audi West County, and not with Andrew. During the process I became aware that Audi prides themselves on training their sales associates to consult with and service the customers the right way. The "used car salesman" adage is out the window at Audi West County.

I submitted an online request for information and received a personal (not automated), response from Andrew the same day (Sunday). The process from test drive to purchase was only 2 hours. Andrew was knowledgeable not only about Audi's but also competitive makes. Would highly recommend not only the dealership but also Andrew W. as a salesperson.

Our only complaint was that it took forever! We got there around 10am and didn't get done till after 4pm... And we didn't even go over everything on the vehicle because our 4 month old was "ready to go"! Our sales guy was nice enough, and not too pushy, but some of his knowledge was a little outdated. All in all we left with a beautiful vehicle, for a fair price!

Bought a car here. Porter totaled it right after signing papers. Dealership never made it right. In the end it cost us money to attempt to buy a car. Pat seemed nice but turned out to be [violative content deleted]. This place is not good to deal with, if you have the slightest problem they are not going to help you out. They won't even fix their employees mistake. All we wanted was same make, same model, same milage but apparently that was just too much to ask of them. It seemed like they didn't even look for a replacement but they did managed to sell my trade and ship it off. Only to have it pulled back damaged. Don't sign those papers until your car is safely parked on the lot. Do not recommend this dealer at all.

These guys are completely unethical. I gave them a thousand dollar down payment on a car and before we had the paperwork finalized, they sold my car to someone else. There are a lot of ethical dealerships out there. I would highly recommend using someone else.
