onBought a used Honda Element here Test drove it everything good on the test drive. Paid Cash for it. Driving home the 2nd day and noticed that the dash lights weren't working. Checked the fuse everything OK took it back to the dealer and they found out that the hole dash panel was bad. I was thinking oh god this is going to hurt, but they replaced everything and it didn't cost me a cent. The Service manager Jen was a pleasure to work with and really took care of me so I am happy with how they treated me.
