Scott was the only person out of five different people that found the jeep gladiator I was looking for. He made the process easy and comfortable, meanwhile the other salespeople "couldn't find" what I was looking for. I will go to Scott again in the future.

Good inventory and courteous, helpful team. I visited the lot one day on my lunch break and located the vehicle I had found on their web site. Scheduled a test drive for lunchtime the next day and completed the deal before returning to work. Picked up the truck that afternoon. Painless and efficient!

Very Good Sales Experience

All Star was my third dealership I visited in shopping for a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. After spending hours at the first two dealerships haggling over a Jeep Labor Day Sale price, I walked into All Star and was greeted by Tex. I showed him the Jeep advertisement and he asked me my color preference. The Jeep incentives required no negotiation and the entire transaction was quick and pleasant. I plan to go back to All Star when I am ready to buy my next Jeep.

Always a good experience

We were very pleased with our experience with AllStar this time around. We have had good experiences and bad in the past but this was probably one of the smoothest purchases we have done and we are on our fourth vehicle from AllStar. Gary was very knowledgeable on the vehicle we were purchasing and worked with us very well. The worst part is always the paperwork since it seems to take forever but the paperwork process was very quick and we were in and out in no time. Great job!!

Poor customer service

I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in July '13. Immediately had problems (electrical failures and transmission sticking issues). Took car into dealership for service (after one week of owning). Service could not fix. General Manager said, "sales final" and would not refund or replace car. Dealership and Chrysler corporate would not stand behind their product. Two months later I am making payments on a car I do not have. Hired an attorney to get money back. Terrible customer service; rude and unprofessional management at best. No problem with service or salesman, but terrible managers. Save your time and money and do not buy from All Star.
