Terrible experiences all around

onTerrible, terrible, terrible dealer. I say this because i didn't just deal with one salesperson, but several.
The communication is probably the worst. Don't every try to call them, they won't answer. And they won't return return calls for days, if ever.
Everyone seems incompetent, they act like they can do things for you, but when you ask them to they fumble around and come up with excuses.
Get everything in writing, even down to the smallest detail!!! The minute you put a deposit down they will switch around numbers and change their story.
The good old days when someone's word means something is long gone.
If they don't have the exact car on the lot you want, go to a different dealer that does.
They will discuss a price as if it were a car in their inventory, but then raise the negotiated price because they had to "trade it" from another dealer.
I have never had such a terrible experience in my life and will never, ever recommend this dealership to anyone.
Also...they have terrible facilities, with no free food or drinks, just vending machines...
