The service department did a great job. Angela Pevey, Service Manger, is so friendly and easy to work with. She is knowledgeable. listens when you describe the problem/s you are experiencing, reports back to you with a solution and gets permission to proceed before work is done. She is a great asset to Skinner's.

There was no pressure to buy. Christy was extremely respectful, courteous, and fair. She was also the only sales professional I met (in a 12 hour day of test driving vehicles at other lots) who let me test drive a vehicle without her in it with me. We were able to work out most details on the phone the following day for my purchase. I came back after work to sign the papers and was not tied up all evening. I signed my paperwork, Christy gave me a tutorial on the features in my vehicle, and I was out the door. Simple, clean, great experience.
