Quick to get business but then your forgotten

We purchased a 2020 Dodge Ram and the initial buying process was painful. After going back and forth and settled on a price they pushed us out the door. We did not get a walk around for the vehicle and literally pushed us out the door. After the sale when we have questions we literally have to call multiple times to get answers and service.. Their customer service is awful and we would never buy a automobile there again

Lander Dodge in Southaven Service is Incompetent

Purchased a 2020 RAM Rebel off the showroom floor with only 50 miles on the speedometer. This was my first brand new vehicle ever. I was washing my new truck and discovered water in the driver's side front floor board while shop vacuuming. Dropped off at Landers. Stan was an excellent service guy. They said they had to replace the door seal, but the part would take a week to arrive. Once the seal arrived, they discovered the issue was in another area and assured me it was repaired. They returned my truck with a door seal that was installed backwards, a deep scratch on my door handle, a scratch on my console, the floor was still soaked with water, and mud in the cab. See the pictures. I dropped my Rebel back off at Landers and the manager, Larry, agreed to fix the leak and the scratch on the door handle. He did not agree to fix the scratch on the console. He basically called me a liar by not fixing it. He reassured me my truck would be taken better care of. A week later, my leak is fixed, my door handle is fixed, but my console is still scratched. And they returned my truck even dirtier than before. There were tar-like smears on areas around my windshield, hood and doors. My conclusion: The sales staff and service staff I dealt with were great. The mechanics and service workers in the back do not take pride in their work and generally seem to not be trained very well. There is no quality control. I have my previous vehicle to measure my opinion by. I owned a Tundra for 8 years and never had a single issue with the service or mechanics. I will be looking for another Ram dealership to have my oil changes, tire rotations, and service work done.
