I had a GREAT car buying experience at St. Cloud Kia! I didnt think I could afford to trade in my car quite yet because I didn't want a higher payment. My saleslady Carolyn was so helpful and understanding! She was able to get me into a brand new Kia Sportage for the same payment, and i got more for my trade in vehicle than i had expected. I am a customer for life! Thank you Carolyn for making my dream come true!!!

Dale Knickerbocker was amazing! He helped me through each step, explained what was happening, helped to get me into my beautiful Sorento, and really made buying a car easy and pain free! Shawn Hernandez in financing was excellent as well! He told me everything I needed to know and set me on the right path to fix my credit! Overall, just an excellent experience!!!!

Don't EVER buy a car from Kia of St. Cloud. This was our third vehicle that we have bought and Kia was the worst car dealership I have ever worked with. They will over charge you for everything, make you buy coverage you don't need, and give you the worst customer service you will ever experience.

We purchased a new Kia from st. Cloud Kia recently after being advised by many others not to deal with them. Well I didn't think that a dealership could take advantage us, we went in very cautiously and still came out charged twice for third row seats, received a higher interest rate than we were told, called a liar. This was the worst car shopping experience that we have ever had. These guys are the smoothest car dealers we have ever run into. You don't even know you've been taken advantage of until you left the building. I tried to void the transaction of this purchase before taking delivery. They had me. No way I could get out of the deal, no way no how would they void the transaction,they had my money and it was over. I told the sales manager if they didn't let me out of the deal I would let everyone I know to stay away from ST.cloud Kia. Well here I am, take my advise and the advise of many others stay away. Read as many reviews as you can and take them serious. I would rate the sorento five stars but the dealer zero if they would let me.

Don't buy from Kia

My story is simple, they pocketed my $300 down payment and harassed me about it! I was hounded about their cars, and I was desperate for a car for work. I bought the car on a Fri. gave the finance guy $300, ended up paying $100 more on the payment than they promised me originally, picked up the car on Monday, came back that Fri to give them the other $200 for the down payment. A couple weeks later I get a call telling me they never got the initial $300! The finance guy pocketed my money! The manager was very unpleasant although it would make no sense for me to come back in to pay the other $200 if I did not pay the initial amount or even drive off the lot without paying a down payment!

I went in to St. Cloud Kia today to see a new Forte. Jeff, one of the internet fellows, was the one I contacted. I found him to be especially knowledgeable and helpful through the buying process. He helped me and my wife, drive the car we were interested in. After the drive, we found out we didn't need all of the options that we were looking at. We found the car at the price we were comfortable paying. Thanks Jeff! Would recommend to anyone I know!

False advertising

I called KIA of St. Cloud to purchase a New Kia sportage for my wife. The sales person Paul took my info to ask the finance Dept what kind of payment I would have. I told him not to run a credit report until I was ready to purchase. They did it anyways. I stopped in to see the sportage. The sales person Dick said he would put some numbers together and call me. On the way home (I live 60 miles north) I called Dick to see if he had #'s yet. He said he would call me in 15 Mins. I called the next day again he said he would call back in 15mins. After waiting an hour I went to Hyundai and purchased Elantra. That night I was looking for a cheap used car for my oldest child. I saw on cars.com Kia of St.Cloud ha 2 99 KIAs for under $1,000. I called them and they said they still had them. I told them I was coming down to see them. When I got there I told Dick he took to long and now i just needed to see the 99 KIAs. He could not find them Said they must have just sold but I have these ones for $3,000. I left and on the way home I called and left a message for the Manager Mike. He called a half hour later and said he would bring the 876 KIA up to me the next day for me to see. He called in the morning and said that he was going to have his drivers bring it up. I told him i was working in Brainerd and would be there until 5. He called again and said they where on their way at noon. I waited until 6pm and no call. On my way home the drivers called at 6:30 said they were in Brainerd. I told them now they would have to bring to motley and gave them directions to my house. They said ok see you in a little bit. It is now 8:49 and no show.
