Oil change and TPMS

Went in for regular oil change and noticed I was having a TPMS issue. Mentioned it to the service writer and had the guys check it out. They were able to resolve with no extra costs.

It was surprisingly a good experience, the staff 'Cory anderson' was a true professional he established great repor and handled all skepticism and misunderstanding I had like a pro and made it very comfortable to move on to the closing.

Service Shop Good, but GM car problems bad

The service shop tries to see us asap and is always polite/professional. It is hard to believe in GM cars any longer because of recent problems w/our 2009 impala that has less than 30,000, has been meticulously maintained and garaged.

Great Experience

Gilleland always find a way to help you. Compared to other dealerships that I have been too they are always up front, willing to listen to the customer needs, and the staff there is always very helpful. This is our 3 vehicle that we have purchased through Cory Anderson at Gilleland. He has been pleasant to work with I would recommend him to anyone.

It Was Worth the Wait

My husband and I went to Gilleland looking to buy a new vehicle. Aaron was the sales person assisting us and he is wonderful. Very patient with us and no pressure. He made sure he knew what we wanted and worked very hard to find just the right vehicle. My only complaint would be the amount of time it took to get the vehicle. I believe most of that was out of Aaron's control so I don't blame him. He kept us updated and was great to work with. I would definitely recommend Aaron to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I also had contact with Randy, the sales manager, and he was also very helpful and responsive.

Never Again

Gilleland Chevrolet gets a do not return and bad mouthing to every one I know for one reason. Peter their finance guy. I would highly recommend using your own bank and not giving these guys even one chance to try and offer you something better, Even when he tries to sweeten the deal know that he is [non-permissible content removed] and will not hold his end. Never mind his masonic ring he has no honor.
